Fireside Chat for Goalies w/ Nashville Predators Goalie Coach Mitch Korn at the Bridgestone – 6:15pm
Nashville Predators goalie coach Mitch Korn is a man associated with some of hockey’s greatest netminders. With 35 years of coaching experience under his belt, the man as diminutive as his goaltenders are tall will share off-ice instruction, stories, tips, education and humor with coaches and goalies of all ages and skill levels.

Tonight’s Mercy Lounge 8 off 8th will feature Buffalo Clover, The Lost Maples, Max and The Wild Things, Lynn Manderson and Shawn Thompson, Double Intenders, Matt Butcher, Joshua Seals, Indigo Sol.

LookIn: A Christmas Story at 161 Rains Avenue – 5:30pm
Come “look in” at what happens before the curtain goes up. Walk into the private world of rehearsal and learn about the creative process of the director, set designer, and costume designer. View an excerpt of the performance as it is being shaped in the rehearsal process.

Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit In-Store at Grimey’s – 6pm
Jason Isbell is one of the greatest songwriters alive, and his new album, Live from Alabama is released today. He’ll be performing live at Grimey’s to celebrate it!

East Side Storytelling at RUMOURS East – 7pm
East Side Story has partnered with Rumours East and WAMB 1200 AM/ 99.3 FM radio to present East Side Storytellin’—an evening of book readings, musical performances, and author/musician interviews designed to elaborate on the stories behind these creative processes.


Old Time Jam at the 5 Spot – 7:30pm
East Nashville’s Wednesday Night Old Time Jam provides enthusiasts of traditional, acoustic-based roots music the opportunity to regularly meet, share tunes, dance, swap stories, and bond together in general camaraderie.

Nashville Viewing Party with performance by The Cadillac Black & Bootie Quake at Dan McGuinness – 9pm
“Nashville” viewing party followed by a live performance by The Cadillac Black.  Stay afterwards and shake it till we close with Bootie Quake, Nashville’s greatest 70’s disco event!  Drink specials all night with $1.75 domestic bottles, $2.75 house draft, $2.50 house wines and $3.00 well drinks.

Songs of Christmases Past – The Nashville Caroling Company at Cheekwood – 2pm
The Nashville Caroling Company will bring Victorian holiday cheer to Cheekwood Mansion in Belle Meade with a special caroling concert . The quartet’s “Songs of Christmases Past” show will feature a cappella performances of holiday classics such as “Silent Night”, “The First Noel”, and “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen”.

Y2K Nashville at the High Watt stage at Mercy Lounge – 11pm
This electronic dance party will feature performances by Coach, Hands Off Sam, and more.
