Connie Smith In-Store at Grimey’s

Connie Smith is not just a great country singer, she’s a great singer, period. She’s been a part of the music industry since 1964, when she had her first #1 country song with “Once a Day.” She continued to be hugely successful throughout the 1960s until she became a born-again Christian and went into semi-retirement.

Then, in the last 1990s Connie married Marty Stuart and decided to get back into music. Awesome music was born.

Her new albumLong Line of Heartaches comes out today and she’s celebrating the release by playing a free show at Grimey’s at 6pm. Yes, you can see one of the greatest living vocalists for free at one of the country’s best record stores.

When can I start lining up?
